Volkswagen increased sales of LCV by 23% in Russia in July

OREANDA-NEWS. Russian dealers of Volkswagen in July sold 565 light commercial vehicles, which is more by 23% than in the previous year. According to the results of seven months of 2017, sales of Volkswagen brand Commercial vehicles in Russia grew by 21% and they were 3,760 units.
As the press service of the company notes, the new Volkswagen Amarok with the powerful diesel engine V6 continues to make a significant contribution to the overall sales results. Since the start of sales, the planned quota for the car has already been finished, but due to high demand, it was decided to extend the acceptance of orders for this modification. Also the T series continues to show the confident sales growth. Another bestseller of the last two months is the 70 anniversary Multivan in the Bulli configuration, released in a limited edition in honor of the 70th anniversary of the idea of creating this minibus. The price of vehicles of limited series is from 3 million 367 thousand 200 rubles.
