OREANDA-NEWS. The company Volkswagen is changing the process of selling cars, by introducing technologies digitals showroom. In the new concept of the Volkswagen show room, digital technology and comfortable chairs and sofas displace the familiar negotiation tables. In comfortable areas for consultations with large-format screens of high definition, the client can get all the necessary information, up to the moment of signing the contract, informs the press service of Volkswagen. To date, four digital showrooms of Volkswagen brand have been opened - three in Moscow and one in St. Petersburg.

Depending on the area of the showrooms, the dealer centers are equipped with a certain number of similar modern «digital zones», in which the family or the company of friends can comfortably sit. The center of attention of the new concept was the car configuration zone, equipped with a modern seamless HD video format wall. With her help, the choosing of a car, choosing a color, picking and options becomes more vivid and emotional.

If the customer configured independently the required configuration by using the configurator on the Volkswagen site and saved the code, then communication can begin immediately with consideration on the large screen of the assembled Volkswagen car.

Process management is carried out either by the seller or together with the client, by using a tablet on which an intuitive mobile application is installed. With its help, you can determine the principal wishes of the customer for the future car, configure the car in the desired version, check the availability of a similar version in the warehouse of the dealer center. All the necessary information is displayed on the screen for demonstration, while the process can be accompanied by showing video clips demonstrating technology in action. Without getting up from a comfortable chair, the customer can see and compare several proposed options for picking, clarify information about the basic options, prices and delivery times of the car.
