OREANDA-NEWS. During the entire period of the program implementation, around one and a half thousand pupils whose parents are employed at various divisions of JSC PIMCU received school bags.

The square in front of Dauria Cultural Center, where the handover ceremony took place, was full of white bowknots, white shirts and colorful dresses. According to established tradition, JSC PIMCU Director General Sergey Shurygin and Trade Union Deputy Chairperson Nadezhda Pluzhnikova addressed a message of greeting to pupils and their parents. “Giving these small gifts, we hope very much that you will only get good and excellent grades and will become the pride of our town. Our dream is that, having obtained higher education degrees, you will return to Krasnokamensk in order to follow in your parents’ footsteps. Good luck and happy school years,” Sergey Shurygin wished to young Krasnokamensk residents.

Polina Moiseyeva, whose father works at Special Paramilitary Mine Rescue Team, really looked forward to this day. The girl confessedly said that, besides school supplies, she wanted to find something sweet in the new rucksack. And her expectations were not disappointed. This year, along with a pen case and a shoe bag, the organizers put a chocolate bar in the backpack. This year, inspector file clerk Irina Domanetskaya enrolled her son Aleksei in the first grade. “Today, my son received a school bag and he is very proud of the fact that he will go to school with a corporate rucksack,” she says. Aleksei liked that the rucksack was big and blue-colored.

The organizers managed to purchase high-quality, good-sized and convenient backpacks made in Russia. This year, along with labels of ARMZ Uranium Holding Co. and JSC PIMCU, each bag features special light-reflecting elements - flickers.

For the school bag handover ceremony to pass cheerfully and to be retained in the memory of main heroes of the occasion, the creative team of Dauria Cultural Center prepared a varied entertainment program. Future first-grade pupils delightedly participated in the educational game Pack Your Bag Right. Together with the show presenters, they clapped their hands and stamped their feet, read aloud words made up of big bright cubes, solved problems, jumped and danced. It turned out that all those who will go to the first grade have literacy or numeracy skills.

As an addition to rucksacks, all participants in the celebration were given air-balloon toys. Boys expectedly got swords, whereas girls – flowers and dogs. After the handover ceremony, future first-grade pupils went to cinema to watch cartoon free of charge.
