Schmitz Cargobull has developed an input lock for the operating panel on the refrigerated box body
OREANDA-NEWS. Schmitz Cargobull has developed an input lock for the operating panel on the refrigerated box body, protecting against unwanted access to the Schmitz Cargobull transport refrigeration unit.
To prevent damage to goods from unauthorised access or incorrect operation of the transport refrigeration unit, the chosen settings on Schmitz Cargobull's own transport refrigeration unit can be protected by means of a four-digit PIN code. When the operation lock is activated, menu settings such as the setpoint or the operating mode can no longer be changed by unauthorised third parties. This additional function was developed in line with customer requirements and is implemented in the S.KO COOL EXECUTIVE as well as in the S.KO COOL COMPLETE reefer trailer as standard.
