OREANDA-NEWS. Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that it assigned its preliminary local currency 'B+' long-term debt rating and 'uaA+' Ukraine national scale rating to the proposed Ukrainian hrivnya (UAH) 50 million (about $10 million) debut senior unsecured bond to be issued by the City of Dnipropetrovsk (B+/Stable/--; Ukraine national scale 'uaA+').

The final rating will be assigned upon receipt of bond documentation, including all necessary approvals.

Further support for the ratings is provided by the city's growing economy and strong financial performance.
