OREANDA-NEWS. On March 19, 2007 Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) and the Federal Customs Service (FCS Russia) have entered into the Agreement on information interaction with the purpose to increase efficiency of the performance of their functions, reported the press-centre of  FAS Russia.

Within the framework of the Agreement the Parties will carry out an exchange of the departmental information on the regular basis.
It will allow FAS Russia to estimate meaningfully the state of competition in the Russian markets taking into account the influence of export and import as well as the scales of the foreign markets of the corresponding commodities.

Information interchange between the Parties of the Agreement will be carried out according to the legislation on trade secrets and peculiarities of personal data processing.
