Consulting Practical Seminar on the Subject "Organization of the Use of Land in Land Inventory and Survey"
OREANDA-NEWS. March 27, 2007. The seminar is being held in the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation at the following address: Moscow, Vernadsky av., 84, reported the press-centre of Rosnedvizhimost.
The seminar programme includes:
- land plot as a real estate object. Emergence, termination and limitation of right to the land plots.
- legal regime of different land categories. Relegating of lands to category, transfer from one category to another.
- normative documents for organizations organization of the use of land in case of land inventory and survey and application of them in practical work147 (taking into account administrative reform held in the country and draft Federal law "On State Real Estate Cadastre" ) .
- explanations to new Federal laws № 93-ФЗ of June 30, 2006 (dacha amnesty ), № 53-ФЗ from April 18, 2005.
- procedure and practice of price assessment and budgeting of organization of the use of land.Methods of price assessment (agreement between parties; prices fixed or regulated by authorized state agencies; price fixed in the auction ).
- modern technologies of organization of the use of land in land inventory and survey.Computer-aided processing of geodesic measurements and data obtained in the land inventory and survey.
- preparation of materials and data for cadastral registration and registration of the right to land plots.
- state registration of the rights to land plots and transactions with them.
- legal regulation of technical registration of capital construction objects.
- technical inventory of capital construction objects.
- on licensing of geodesic and cartographic work.
- self-governed organizations law and its administering prospect.
- Контрольно-надзорная activity of Nature Control Agency of the Russian Federation for use of natural resources.
- arbitral and court practice of consideration of land disputes in the event of privatization of land and transactions with land plots.
The seminar is being held in the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation at the following address: Moscow, Vernadsky av., 84 (passage: "Yugo-Zapadnaya" metro station)
The participants of the seminar shall receive the certificate of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation of due form on advanced training during 40 training hours.
