OREANDA-NEWS. March 29, 2007 the new complex has a capacity of 71 c m an hour and will allow the company to extract uranium ore at “Glubinny” section. The reserves of the section total 10,800 tons of uranium, reported the press-centre of  TVEL. “The launch of the complex will help us to ensure uninterrupted work at the section. All the cavities that will open in the process of mining will be timely filled with solid stowing,” says the head of the regional department of Rostekhnadzor V. Trukhin.


Attending the official opening of the complex were the director general of the PMCC for transport and common policies V. Gagarin and the director of the Uranium Mining Department A. Mikhailovsky. The construction of the complex was started in the spring 2006. In just a year the constructors built the premises, asphalted the main road, laid 2,500 m of pipes, which will supply the complex with heat, condensed air and water.
