OREANDA-NEWS. May 4, 2007. The first open seminar-training “The Mapping of the Flow of Customer Value Creation” was held in the working area of “KAMAZ-Diesel” OJSC.

The seminar was held within the bounds of the program “Center “Orgprom” “Growth Generation”. The participants were the experts of “KAMAZ-Diesel”, the automobile plant, “KAMAZ-Metallurgy” and the representatives of other enterprises.

“This weekly training is only a starting point on the road of preparing our experts-trainers on “Lean Production”. Till November the participants will undergo 4 cycles of the training more, at the end of which they will defend their yearly projects and receive the training certificates. In the process of preparing they will master all Lean systems and after certification they will train and consult our experts on the projects”, - informed Valery Moghilevets, Director on certification of “KAMAZ-Diesel”.

“When the participants of the seminar pass through all stages of training, we will consider the issue on the comprehensive Lean training of the KAMAZ experts”, - explained Vladimir Arzhentsov, Deputy Director of the Coordination and Industrial Safety Department.

Mikhail Chulkin, the leading trainer noted that during the training concrete production problems will be solved: “It’s possible to learn playing football only kicking the ball. You should learn to reveal, measure and eliminate waste – in practice.
