OREANDA-NEWS. Indian company Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd. Is holding negotiations with French Valeo for purchase of a share in the manufacturer of spare parts Visteon Corp., newspaper Business Standard informed.

Reuters reported that the cost of a deal can make $1,5-2 billion, but remains not clear - whether the companies want to buy Visteon, former division of Ford which has been allocated in the independent company, in common or separately.
