(LSE: AMV), a leading European tyre producer and Russia’s largest passenger car tyre manufacturer, confirmed that it has accepted the resignation of group COO Sergei Bokhanov, effective 1 June and that it has commenced a search to find a replacement. Bokhanov has accepted a position at a company outside of the tyre and automotive industries, reported the press-centre of  Amtel-Vredestein N.V.
