OREANDA-NEWS. On May 29, 2007 the trading house of the agricultural machinery manufacturer Gomeslmash – “Gomselmash-Yug” was opened in Krasnodar Krai of the Russian Federation. The facility will not only sell the agricultural machinery produced in Gomel but it will render various services (warranty service, repairing and etc.), BelTA learnt in the Belarusian Embassy to Russia. The trading house will have necessary parts and units in stock to repair failures within 8-12 hours, reported the press-centre of  Gomelinvest.

The opening of the trading house was devoted to the international exhibition of agricultural machinery “Golden Field 2007” held in Krasnodar Krai of Russia. Attending the forum were more than 350 producers from Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, Canada, the USA, Germany, Holland, France, Italy, Poland and other countries.

The Belarusian display was represented by the united booth. Thus, Gomselmash, which won the main prize of the forum, demonstrated the whole range of its machinery including a wide-cut reaper, the fodder chopper unit “Polesje-800”, the combine harvester KZS-1218, the fodder chopper KCK-600. The Minsk Tractor Works presented a number of powerful tractors with the ploughs produced by the Minsk Gear Plant. Bobruiskagromash and Lidagroprommash took part in the exhibition as well.

The Belarusian agricultural machinery scored a success during the Day of Field which was organized to compare equipment of various producers. According to Russian agricultural producers, the Belarusian machinery as good as foreign one but it is two times cheaper.

During the exhibition, the sides concluded contracts for supplying more than 50 tractors “Belarus” of various modifications and other machinery at the amount of more than $1,5 million. All the machinery exhibited by Gomselmash was sold out. The sides concluded agreements on selling twelve combine harvesters KZS-1218, five combine harvesters KSK-600 and ten KZR-10.
