OREANDA-NEWS. During the meeting with Yury Evdokimov, the governor of the Murmansk region, Sergey Kropotov, the representative of Kuzbassrazrezugol, approved the company's intention to build a coal terminal on the West coast of the Kola Bay, near the river Lavna, reports IA Rosbalt.
 
It is planned that the terminal will handle 18 mn tons of coal per year.
 
Besides, according to the representative of Kuzbassrazrezugol, the company is now negotiating with Russian Railways, JSC concerning the plans to build a 30-kilometers' rail road on the West coast of the bay. Kuzbassrazrezugol and Siberian Business Unit are going to be the major investors, the co-investor of the project might be the group Sintez - it has plans to build a terminal to handle oil and an oil-processing manufacture in this region.
