OREANDA-NEWS. The shareholders of Vladivostok Avia OJSC decided to pay out dividends for 2006 at 5,26 mil rub or 0,01 per one common share.

The decision was made during the annual meeting.

The dividends are planed to be paid off till October 16, 2007 by cash assets.

For 2005 the company paid 12,53 mil rub, so there is a 2,4 fold reduce.

The shareholders confirmed annual report and financial statements.

Also 1.04 mil rub were directed to the surplus fund 14,56 mil rub to the domestic airport reconstruction.

The BOD was formed of the following persons: Nikolay Sotskov, Vladimir Saibel, Vladimir Khitrikheev, Gennady Tokulenko, Alexander Kostenko, Gennady Klimovets, Yuri Tolmachev.

Vladivostok Avia OJSC was established through the corporization of the Vladivostok United Air Group in 1994. The company is currently one of the largest air carriers in Russia. Company's fleet includes 50 aircrafts of different types.

The company, according to the preliminary information, upped revenues by 22% to 5.1 bln rub from 4,2 bln rub in 2005.

Vladivostok Avia's net profit under RAS increased by 24,3% to 20,863 mil rub in 2006.
