OREANDA-NEWS. On July 20, 2007 the total volume of “First Ukrainian International bank” (FUIB) loans to private clients exceeded UAH 1 billion, reported the press-centre of FUIB.

According to the Deputy Chairwoman of the Management Board of FUIB Alexandra Voropayeva, “The Bank managed to achieve this result within one year of active operations in retail banking”.

According to the AUB data, for 5 elapsed months of 2007 the pace of development of lending to private clients in Ukrainian banking system on the whole made up about 28%. The pace of development of FUIB portfolio of loans to private clients for the same period amounted to 80%, thus almost 3 times exceeding the average pace of development of Ukrainian banking system.

“The FUIB retail business development strategy provides for concentration of the Bank main efforts on active development of lending to private clients in all regions of Ukraine. The Bank continues developing, today we offer our clients high-quality products and services, aiming at making their lives comfortable”, - marked Alexandra Voropayeva. “And according to our forecasts, the Bank will have increased the volume of loans to private clients to UAH 1,5 billion by October 2007”, - Deputy Chairwoman of the Management Board added.
