OREANDA-NEWS. July 24, 2007. The grand opening of the first Customer Care Centers (CCC) in the Tver and Lipetsk regions will be held on July 24. Here customers can receive high maintenance service and fast access to the power companies services.

The main work principal of JSC “Lipetskenergo” and JSC “Tverenergo” of JSC “IDGC of Center and North Caucasus” service area is to meet customer demands and expectations.

The main objective of CCC is to raise level of services to the customers to a new level, as well as, to reduce the number of employees and authorities which process applications. It is suggested, that the majority of questions will be solved in one window principle.

The Customer care centers will be authorized to solve questions on new connections of power devices to the grids, power quality, power supply contracts, metering and transport of power energy. Legal entities and natural persons can address to CCC with the application for connection as well as with suggestions to organize the work of power grid units and with emergency calls in case of theft and failures in power equipment operation, etc.

Hereafter, the one window principle will allow solving problems, concerning company activities and rendering services, power supply, much faster. At the moment, JSC “Tverenergo” specialists work jointly with JSC ‘Tver energy sales company, JSC “Energobalance-Tver”, MUE “Tvergorelectro” and other companies which render energy services.

All applications to CCC will be answered and registered in electronic database. The customer will be informed in the written form or by telephone about the results.

The organization of a single multi line directory number through which the customer will be able to make a free call from any part of the region, as well as, the establishment of remote servicing system through Internet is planned in CCC.
