OREANDA-NEWS. July 16, 2007. In June and July 2007, OJSC ROSNO concluded 4 large cottage and apartment insurance contracts for the total insurance amount of 13,12 mln USD, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

Cottage insurance contracts contemplate indemnification against the following risks: fire, lightning stroke, gas explosion, aircraft impact, flood, illegal third-party actions, natural disasters, falling trees, collision with land vehicles, and cleaning-up expenses of up to 10% of aggregate loss amount.

Apartment insurance contracts contemplate indemnification against the following risks: fire, explosion, lightning stroke, aircraft impact, burglary, robbery, illegal third-party actions, flood, natural disasters, cleaning-up expenses of up to 5% of aggregate loss amount; and rescue-related expenses.

The contracts signed in June provide insurance coverage for the following:

Structural elements of the apartment, worth 3,3 mln. USD (long-term contract)

Main house building and guest house building, worth 2,78 mln. USD

Structural elements of the apartment, worth 2,7 mln. USD (long-term contract)

In July, the company concluded an insurance contract worth 4.34 mln. USD, covering land plot and structural elements of a cottage.
