OREANDA-NEWS. July 27, 2007. The management and staff of JSC NC “KazMunayGas” met 19 new employees. A program for hired personnel adaptation and a training adaptation course were presented for them. During the training course, the “internal trainers” from among the Company’s qualified specialists having theoretical and practical training skills inform the “novices” about the Company’s strategic goals, familiarize the employees with the internal policy and procedures, and help them in mastering the IT and other technologies used in the Company. Special attention is paid to setting the activities objectives and identification of individual annual development plans.

Having said a few words about themselves and their professional experience, the employees that were signed on had a chance to ask the Company’s management all the questions of interest. After socializing with his new subordinates, Head of the President’s Office of NC “KazMunayGas” Ulan Baizhanov gave them mementos wishing them success and further career development. The solemn ceremony of admission of the hired employees to the staff of the National Company ended with taking pictures.

Such events are held by National Company “KazMunayGas” on a regular basis, since they strengthen corporate culture, increase transparency of the internal procedures and personnel motivation.
