OREANDA-NEWS. August 9, 2007. A grand opening ceremony of the first Customer Care Center (CCC) in Yaroslavl region, established on the initiative of JSC Yarenergo (the functions of the Sole Executive Body are exercised by JSC IDGC of the Center), was held on August 7 in Rostov the Great.

Anatoly Merzlyakov, First Deputy General Director of JSC IDGC of the Center, Andrey Epaneshnikov, Deputy Governor of Yaroslavl region for housing and communal services and construction, Stanislav Chereshnev, Deputy Mayor of the City of Rostov for housing and communal services, Igor Solonikov, Managing Director of JSC Yarenergo, representatives of local authorities of Rostov district and participating companies: JSC Energobalance, MUE “Calculation Center”, MD “Order Service” and 115 Ltd, were present.

The main goal of the CCC is enhancing the quality of work with energy consumers. “The times, when we required only payment for electric power from the customers, have gone. Today we understand that it is impossible to provide power system development without offering consumers an appropriate quality and level of service”, Anatoly Merzlyakov, First Deputy General Director on DGC Day-to-day Management of JSC IDGC of the Center, said at the CCC opening ceremony.

The Center will provide the customers with a whole range of innovative solution for information distribution, waiting time reduction and reception regulation. The customer shall have access to all necessary consultations on the terms and procedure of specification issuing and connections to the power grids. Applications on technological connections shall be accepted, processed and sorted here, and all necessary documents for this service shall be provided. Every customer shall have the possibility to submit an application for meter inspection, check one’s personal account, pay for public utilities and receive consultations on HCS (housing and communal services) benefits.
 
A free hot line (8-800-50-50-115), intended to help the residents of Yaroslavl region to call at any time of the day and solve questions related to power supply, has been running since July 31.

The nearest perspective is to open a single Internet CCC of IDGC-1. By means of the Internet the customer will be able to make an appointment in the Customer Care Center at any suitable time, to submit an application on technological connections, recordings, meter inspection, and personal account checking.
