OREANDA-NEWS. August 16, 2007. The delegation of the national railway company Kazakhstan Temir Joly arrived in Chelyabinsk to learn more about passenger traffic from Russian Railways.

The representatives from Kazakhstan Temir Joly also met with managers from the passenger side of the South Urals Main Line.

The two sides discussed the implementation of passenger traffic reform in Russia and Kazakhstan, exchanged opinions on operating railway stations and became acquainted with each other’s normative documents.

The Kazakh delegation visited various railway facilities. The president of Vokzalservis (Railway Services), Rafik Valiev, said that the work and technical equipment at Chelyabinsk station was on a high level.
