On August 24, 2007 Sberbank published its IFRS financial statements for Q1 2007 (http://www.sbrf.ru/eng/finance/SBRF_IAS_FS_310307_eng.pdf) containing the Auditor's report by the auditor company "PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit" on its official Web-site (www.sbrf.ru), reported the press-centre of Sberbank.

As of April 1, 2007 total assets under IFRS comprised RR 3 936,9 billion. Annualized total assets growth accounted for 54,3% in Q1 2007. Shareholders' equity, due to secondary public offering, increased up to RR 565,5 billion with the growth of 83,3% compared to the beginning of the year. Net profit under IFRS for Q1 2007 grew by 34,3% compared to Q1 2006, up to RR 26,8 billion. Return on assets (ROAA) in Q1 2007 accounted for 2,9%.
