OREANDA-NEWS. September 7, 2007. VSMPO – AVISMA Corporation will take part in the fourth Ural exhibition fair of railway, motor and special transport and road-building machinery Magistral – 2007 which will be held on 6th-8th September in Nizhny Tagil of Sverdlovsk Region.

Though the core competency of VSMPO – AVISMA is titanium production for aerospace applications, the aluminium division of the Company is historically an important part of the Company’s operations. At the exhibition the Company will demonstrate aluminium and titanium mill products for transport engineering applications, such as extruded panel and shape, sheet and plate, forging and aluminum wheel discs “VSMPO” which are well known to and very popular with the Russian car drivers.
