OREANDA-NEWS. September 24, 2007. URSA Bank has been admitted to the list of Russian banks, whose guarantees are accepted as collateral by the Central Bank of Russia for loans. The list of the banks was published on the web-site of the Central bank on September 19, 2007.

The opportunity to get financing from the Central Bank under the guarantees of commercial banks is foreseen in one of the Bank’s regulations.  The list includes banks with ratings above B+ by Standard & Poor’s or Fitch Ratings, or B1 by Moody’s, and currently stands at 50.
