OREANDA-NEWS. October 2, 2007. The shareholders of KM Invest signed an agreement and modified founding documents of the company and its subsidiaries in order to set procedures for management of the assets under V.Potanin and M. Prokhorov joint ownership. The shareholders established the company’s Board of Directors, electing representatives of both investors with equal representation. V. Potanin was elected chairman of the BoD of KM Invest and R. Akopov was appointed acting director general. KM Invest shareholders set procedures for further management of joint assets and approved the Fund’s closing procedure, as well as the sale of selected assets, which could be initiated by any of the shareholders. The KM shareholders agreed that V. Potanin would buy back 100% of "Interros Holding Company" from the Fund.

ZAO KM Invest is a fund, which holds the joint investments of V.Potanin and M. Prokhorov. Its market value is about $11 billion. These assets include 8% of shares in MMC"Norilsk Nickel", 7.6% in  "Polyus Gold", 69% of Rosbank, 55.6% of  "Open Investments", 100% of Prof-Media, 100% of Interros Estate, 30.4% of  "Power Mashines", 98.1% of  Roza Khutor, 87.7% of the Soglassye insurance company, 25.8% of RUSIA Petroleum and other assets and funds.
