In accordance with the order of OJSC VolgaTelecom General Director Sergey Malyshev is appointed deputy to commercial director – director of OJSC VolgaTelecom department. Earlier Sergey Malyshev held the office of marketing deputy to the director of OJSC VolgaTelecom Nizhny Novgorod regional subsidiary.

MALYSHEV Sergey Leonidovich was bourn in 1974. In 1996 he graduated from Nizhegorodskyi commercial institute, specialty – “Commerce”. Sergey Malyshev is in communications industry since 1998 – deputy to the General Director of ZAO Mobil TeleCom. 2003 – 2006 he held the office of commercial director of ZAO Mobil TeleCom.
Since 2006 and to the present time he held the office of marketing deputy to the director of OJSC VolgaTelecom Nizhny Novgorod regional subsidiary.

Since October 1, 2007 Sergey Malyshev has taken the office of deputy to commercial director – director of OJSC VolgaTelecom department.
