OREANDA-NEWS. October 5, 2007. The first Smolensk CCC was opened at 86 Shevchenko Street (the Smolensk branch of JSC”Smolenskenergosbyt” building). The services for natural persons and legal entities including signing contracts on connections to JSC “Smolenskenergo” grids, and consultations on power supply.

“The opening o the new CCC allows customers to solve problems, concerning power supply on a one stop principle, - said Mikhail Khvostantsev. – Now, if the customers want to connect to JSC”Smolenskenergo” grids, they have to come to the CCC and submit an application. At this moment they can forget about troubles. The customer shall not pay bills in one place, and make arrangements for connections in another. Specialists shall handle this as a package, in one place – the Customer Care Center”.

Irina Anischenko, the First Deputy General Director of JSC “Smolenskenergosbyt” said, that the development of a feedback system becomes a priority activity for the guaranteeing supplier in order to provide comfort, effective power supply to regional residents and retail customers by improving the work with applications and complaints in accordance with new regulations on power energy retail market functioning”.

The offices of JSC”Smolenskenergo”, JSC “Smolenskenergosbyt” and “115” Ltd will be located in the Smolensk CCC.

Also, handling telephone calls through the Russian unified free number of power industry’s direct line 8-800-50-50-115 started on October 1. 

23 JSC “IDGC of the Center” Customer Care Centers in JSC “Belgorodenergo”, JSC “Orelenergo”, “Bryanskenergo”, “Kurskenergo”, “Voronezhenergo”, “Lipetskenergo”, “Yarenergo”, “Tverenergo”, “Kostromaenergo”, JSC “Smolenskenergo” were opened in less than a year. Minimum one and maximum five Centers will be opened in every region of IDGC-1 service area by the end of 2007.
