OREANDA-NEWS. Alfa Group Consortium, one of Russia’s largest privately owned financial industrial conglomerates, on October 12 published on its corporate website the 2006 Annual Report which includes the Combined Financial Statements and Auditors' Report for the year ended December 31, 2006.

The Combined Financial Statements were prepared under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). According to the Combined Financial Statements, at December 31, 2006, Total Assets amounted to US $32.2 billion; Shareholders’ Equity amounted to US $9.4 billion; and for the year ended December 31, 2006, Profit (an amount attributable to the majority of shareholders (excludes the minority's interest)) amounted to US $1.7 billion.
