OREANDA-NEWS. TRANSCREDITBANK has arranged a syndicated loan agreement, for a two years' tenor period, with BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, Standard Bank, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Chase, ABN AMRO, Citibank and United Taiwan Bank as the lenders. The mandated lead-arrangers and bookrunners are BNP Paribas, Commerzbank and Standard bank. According to the bank's press office, the syndicated loan was raised for general corporate purposes, including financing of the Bank’s leasing business and foreign trade operations of its corporate customers.
