OGK-4's revenue under Russian Accounting Standards (RAS) for January-September 2007 stood at just shy of 22.766 billion rubles (approx. $928 million), the Russian power generation company's press office announced. Comparison of OGK-4's financial results for the first nine months of 2007 and the same period a year earlier has been deemed irrelevant, as the company's main operating activity between September 1, 2005 and July 1, 2006 was the provision of services as a sole executive body.

OGK-4's cost of sales for the first nine months of 2007 amounted to nearly 20.693 billion rubles (approx. $844 million), sales profit stood at 2.073 billion rubles (approx. $85 million), while pre-tax profit reached 1.986 billion (approx. $81 million). EBITDA amounted to 2.824 billion (approx. $115 million), with the EBITDA margin at 12.4%.

OGK-4 is one of the six thermal OGKs established during the course of the Russian electricity sector reform. OGK-4 was incorporated on March 4, 2005 and completed the process of its corporate reorganization in July 2006. The Company is focused on the following core businesses:

generation and wholesale of electricity; and generation, transmission and sale of heat power. OGK-4 is headquartered in Moscow. Following the consolidation of generating assets portfolio it operates five thermal power generation plants throughout Russia, namely Surgutskaya GRES-2 (4,800 megawatt, Surgut, Tyumen region), Berezovskaya GRES (1,500 megawatt, Sharypovo, Krasnoyarsk territory), Shaturskaya GRES (1,100 megawatt, Shatura, Moscow region), Smolenskaya GRES (630 megawatt, Ozerny, Smolensk region) and Yajvinskaya GRES (600 megawatt, Yajva, Perm territory), each of which has been a branch of the Company since July 1, 2006. Total installed generation capacity of the company is 8,630 megawatt that accounts for about 3.9% of Russia's total installed generation capacity and for approximately 5.75% of Russia's total installed thermal generation capacity. Annually, OGK-4 produces and sales more than 51,000 megawatt hour of electricity and approximately 2,400 thousand Gcal of heat. As of June 1, 2007, the total number of employees of the company amounts to about 5,300.
