OREANDA-NEWS. November 30, 2007. The Chief of the Management Board of the National Bank Elman Rustamov received Chief economic advisor of USAID, Nobel prize-winner, outstanding consultant on economy, professor Arnold Harberger, Azeri National Bank's press service reported.

During the meeting, professor Harberger get acquainted with the economy and banking system of Azerbaijan. There were held a discussion while the meeting on issues such as macroeconomic view of last years, principles of monetary management, monetary policy, medium and long-term activity strategy, and other issues representing mutual interest.
