OREANDA-NEWS. December 26, 2007. Nine federal state unitary enterprises of the civil sector of the nuclear industry have been reorganized into open joint stock companies

The following FSUEs have been reorganized into OJSCs: Novosibirsk State Design Research Institute “VNIPIET,” “Zarubezhatomenergostory” All-Russian Production Association (Moscow), “Lenatomenergostroy” Specialized Construction-Installation Department (Sosnovy Bor, Leningrad region), Nizhniy Novgorod Research and Development Institute “Atomenergoproekt,” “Atom-Service” of “Rosenergoatom” Concern, “Atomtekhenergro” (Mytischi, Moscow Region), the Research and Development Institute for Nuclear Machinery Construction (VNIAEM, Moscow), “Isotop” All-Region Association (Moscow) and Atomspetstrans of Rosatom (Moscow).

A total of 55 “civil” federal state unitary enterprises are to be reorganized into open joint stock companies. After corporization, the Government will give the shares of the companies to Atomenergoprom OJSC.
