OREANDA-NEWS. January 18, 2008. Alfa-Bank announced primary placement of Series H, I and J bonds. The domestic bonds placement is a part of the bank’s program for diversification and expansion of its resources base. The volume of the Series H issue is UAH 195 mln ($38,6 mln), the volume of Series I and J is UAH 200 mln ($39,6 mln) each. Nominal yield is set at 14% per annum for Series H and I, and at 15% per annum for Series J. Coupon period is 91 days. Series H bonds have a put option 15 months after start of placement, Series I and J bonds have a put option of 18 months.

Series H term of circulation is 5 years 3 months (matures on 14-15 March 2013), Series I and J have a 5 years 6 months term of circulation (matures on 13-14 June 2013). The next coupon payment (Series H, I and J) is 20 March 2008. The next put option for Series H is 19 March 2009, for Series I and J – 18 June 2009. As of the beginning of 2007, Alfa-Bank’s bonds of Series B, C, D, E, F and G worth a total of UAH 1175 mln are in circulation.
