OREANDA-NEWS. January 19, 2008. AN-124-100 of Volga-Dnepr Airlines delivered Komatsu PC 3000 shovel for coal mining from Saint Petersburg to Kemerovo, the company's press service reported. The load weighted 65 tons. ‘Ruslan’ transported engine compartment - the biggest part of this super earth-moving machine. All the other parts of Komatsu PC 3000, 1000 tons in total, were forwarded to Kuzbass capital by rail.

The operation was prepared in the shortest possible time. Among those who contributed much to its organization were Vyacheslav Shakhov, Sales Manager, Vladimir Bykov, the Head of Organizational Support Service, Eugeny Venikov, Operational Support and Load Planning Engineer, and Natalia Pavlukova, Supplier Services Officer.
