OREANDA-NEWS. January 22, 2007. As part of realizing its new business strategy and rebranding program, Bank Electronika has initiated a new information center. The Call Center is using equipment from Russian company Telefonnye Sistemy. Services to clients are provided 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays. Call Center operators will answer questions from callers on terms and conditions for the Bank’s services, explain its products and tariffs, provide addresses and information on hours of work at personal services offices, and explain the structural subdivisions of the Bank. Operators are also prepared to take suggestions from callers on ways to improve the work of the Bank.

Calls to the Bank Electronika Call Center from Russia via land and mobile telephones are free of charge.
