OREANDA-NEWS. January 22, 2007. Murmansk Commercial Seaport OJSC (MSTP) investigates the incident with tanker Usinsk near the floating oil storage (FOS) Belokamenka.

Investigation is spent by the chief of the port. The incident caused no victims or oil spill thus making no threat of environmental contamination.
On January, 18th, 2008 during mooring of the tanker Usinsk to the floating oil storage Belokamenka at serviceable work of all ship systems and mechanisms of the tanker and good visibility, the fodder part of the vessel brought its whole weight on the fodder part of FOS Belokamenka. Presumably it has occurred because of influence of abnormal current. Thus both vessels received insignificant damages.
Withdrawal and additional survey of the tanker Usinsk are not required.
