During all the year specialists of maternal company were working out weekly and monthly rates according to total figures of work of department of work with personnel. As assessment criteria were taken the level of attendance, sickness rate, the percentage of workers who receive hot meals. Growth rate of marketable products, labor productivity, salary increase, compliance with quantity norms and implementation of delivery plan were also taken into account.
