XXI Century Investments Was Second in 2007
OREANDA-NEWS. On 30 January 2008 XXI Century was named second among 75 best-performing property companies on AIM in London, according to the analysis published by Property Week, a British magazine (http://www.propertyweek.com).
Britain’s Commercial Group took first place, while Canton Property, a Chinese developer, came third.
XXI Century also took the lead among all Ukrainian companies reviewed.
This analysis is based on the change in the share price of various property stocks listed on AIM in London during the 12 months of 2007. XXI Century stock has appreciated by 102 per cent in 2007.
