OREANDA-NEWS. On 18 February 2008 was announced, that Natalya Nazarchuk was appointed Allianz Customer Service Quality Director. Principal task given by the management to Mrs. Nazarchuk is optimization of all the Company’s processes and improvement of service standards for the purpose of reaching high quality and leadership in customer service quality.

Natalya Nazarchuk was born in 1979 in Vinnytsia; in 2001 she graduated from Vinnytsia State Technical University, (computer management systems department); in 2007 she obtained Master’s Degree in Economy and Business Management at the Interregional HR Academy.

Before coming to Allianz, from 2006 until 2007, Natalya Nazarchuk was taking a post of the Head of the Customer Service Administration in Renaissance Capital Bank, where she was Head of the Call Center, Sales Support Department, Credit analysis Department, and Written Requests and Complaints Department. In 2002-2006, Natalya Nazarchuk worked for the Ukrainian Mobile Connection company. Being employed as Information Center specialist, for the period of work in the company, she was Head of a Contact center group, customer service strategy expert, was responsible for optimization of processes of complaints and requests management, processes of customer service quality control, managed projects on implementation of customer service management and control systems.
