OREANDA-NEWS. On 25 March 2008 Credit-Rating, a nationally recognized credit rating agency in Ukraine announced that it assigned a long-term credit rating of uaA to closed issues of registered coupon bonds (series U and V) by Kiev-based Arkada-Fund Mortgage Company LLC (`Issuer` or `company`). The sizes of the issues are UAH80m and UAH40m respectively to the series specified, due Jun. 25, 2010. In the course of analysis Credit-Rating considered Issuer`s financial statements for 2002-2006 and 9M2007 as well as its other inside information.

An obligor or a debt liability with uaA credit rating is characterized with the HIGH STRONG creditworthiness as compared to other Ukrainian obligors or debt liabilities. This level of creditworthiness is susceptible to adverse changes in commercial, financial and economic conditions.

Factors maintaining the credit rating
Cooperation between Arkada JSCB (which carries `uaA` national scale rating) and the Issuer, which empowers the latter to attract necessary amounts of funds in exchange to the loans bought out.

Factors constraining the credit rating
Issuer`s extreme dependency upon Arkada JSCB`s performance.
