OREANDA-NEWS. On 27 March 2008 was announced, that LLC Tsentralny Rynok included in the development group RGI International obtained a secured loan of Russia’s savings bank at the rate of \\$100 million.

The funds are assigned for realization of the project Tsvetnoy Development that stipulates the construction of a retail centre on Tsvetnoy Boulevard in the centre of Moscow.

RGI sold 31.5 per cent of the stock and obtained \\$192 million within IPO in the section of Alternative Investments Market (AIM) in London Stock Exchange in December 2006. Morgan Stanley acted as a senior organizer of the stock floatation, Shore Capital Stockbrokers Ltd was a co-organizer and KPMG was a financial consultant. RGI had 5 projects on construction of elite residential, shopping and office real estate in the centre of Moscow in its portfolio for the moment of the stock floatation, now there are 10 in it.

The biggest beneficiary of RGI is the well-known developer of Moscow Boris Kazinets.
