OREANDA-NEWS. April 10, 2008. In Q1 Mozyr oil refinery increased export of oil products by 59% over the same period last year to \\$648.6 million, deputy general director of the company Sergei Solodovnikov said at the international conference in Minsk.

According to him, in 2007 the refinery exported 3.8 million tonnes of oil products to the tune of \\$1 billion 886.5 million, 40% up over 2006.

Around 80% of the output is exported. Main importers are the Netherlands (71.6% of the total exports), Ukraine (11.8%), Poland (6.5%), and also Great Britain, Hungary and other countries.

Mozyr Oil Refinery was commissioned in 1975; reformed into a joint stock company in 1994. The state owns a 42.7% stake in the company, NGK Slavneft - 42.6%, other shareholders - 14.7%. The company makes part of the Belneftekhim concern. In 2007 the commodity output increased by 2.3% over 2006.
