OREANDA-NEWS. On 16 April 2008 was announced, that lawyers of IDGC of Centre will protect interests of the company in mutual relations with the "LIT" Pereyaslavl Information Technologies Plant in the Yaroslavl area in the cassation instance arbitration court.

Let us remind that in the beginning of 2007 the plant addressed JSC "Yarenergo" - nowadays the branch of IDGC of Centre - for delivery of specifications on replacement of the cable line of electricity supply of JSC "LIT Plant" from "Pereyaslavl" substation by the overhead line "without increase in the connected capacity".

For definition of technical decisions and development of technical parameters of the power receiving devices, a proposal was sent to "LIT Plant" on conclusion of the "Agreement on interaction for definition of characteristics of power installations".

"LIT", having refused to designate the connected capacity, expressed an opinion that the proposal of JSC Yarenergo on the conclusion of the Agreement on fixing the characteristics of the connected equipment was infringement of the antimonopoly law.

Situation was commented by Chief of the Department for the legal maintenance of IDGC of Centre Andrey Gladyshev, 'Yes, right. In accordance with the appeal of the "LIT", the decision of the Office of the Antimonopoly Service of Russia in the Yaroslavl area was taken concerning JSC Yarenergo actions (nowadays it is a branch of IDGC of Centre); the Office recognized  Yarenergo breaking the antimonopoly law, and also gave out the instruction about elimination of infringements. We appealed against the decision of the OFAS in the Arbitration Court of the Yaroslavl area, but the Company's appeal was dismissed. On 26 March 2008, the 2nd appeal arbitration court approved decision of the Arbitration Court in the Yaroslavl area. Nevertheless, IDGC of Centre does not agree with the decisions taken and is aimed at their cancelling in the court of the cassation instance'.
