OREANDA-NEWS. April 17, 2008 The fourth annual Financial Elite of Russia award ceremony was held at the Reception Palace of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, reported the press-centre of Raiffeisen Leasing.

This award is the logical conclusion of a series of financial awards, professional contests, industry ratings and listings in 2007. Russia’s most prominent and reputable economists, bankers and leading professional media expressed their shared expert opinion by determining the winners in various categories of the Financial Elite of Russia award, drawing public attention to the best of the best — those who truly deserve to be named today’s financial elite.

Raiffeisen Leasing won a prestigious Grand Prix as 2007 the best leasing company. The prize was presented by Liana Vitalyevna Pepelyaeva, deputy chair of the Committee for Financial Markets of the Russian parliament's lower house. The award is the result of the successful work of Raiffeisen Leasing's team in 2007.

This prize should serve as good motivation for Raiffeisen Leasing to keep moving forward. Hopefully, this initial success will be continued and enhanced in future.

OOO Raiffeisen Leasing Russia was founded in 2000. Its shareholders are ZAO Raiffeisenbank (50%) and Raiffeisen Leasing International GmbH (50%). The company offers leasing for a wide range of equipment and vehicles for businesses operating in various sectors of the economy.
