OREANDA-NEWS. April 23, 2008. Last week „Finance and Credit" Bank and the world supplier of the multichannel bank software - company CR2 - declared one of the largest Ukrainian banks' signing the agreement on expansion of the unified system of self-service BankWorld, the developer is CR2.

This multichannel decision of CR2 leading in branch was chosen by „Finance and Credit" Bank as a platform for management of all banks' usage of self-service channels, including the Internet, ATMs, boothes, contact-centre and mobile technologies.

„Finance and Credit" Bank specializes on provision to all clients with innovative products and the individualized services which are convenient and accessible in a 24-hours mode through channels of self-service.

Introduction of BankWorld system will allow Bank to perform the individualized approach for each client or a client segment each time when the client uses the ATM, the bank channel of self-service or the traditional channel. BankWorld provides with the individualized products and services, and also aimed messages for each client or a segment, depending on unique individual characteristics, at all channels of self-service.

Making comments on the agreement conclusion, Chairman of Board of the Bank Vladimir Hlyvniuk declared, that "Finance and Credit " Bank is the supporter of introduction of the best in its sphere decisions which allow us to offer leading products in the market and services for our clients. System BankWorld delivered by company CR2 appreciably will help us with allocation of our offer in the market of electronic channels and will strengthen our leading positions in the Ukrainian market ".

Implementation in bank is made by means of local partner of CR2 - company Global Consulting Partners (GCP). Also, making comments on the agreement, Sales manager GCP Andrey Pavlov noted, that "BankWorld ideally approaches for „Finance and Credit" Bank owing to its feature to allocate distinctive features of banks from competitors, and also easiness of its adjustment under requirements of the local market ".

Integrated multichannel decision of CR2 gives to banks the full control over products and services which they offer for individuals at various channels, including ATMs and bank services in the mode of real time.
