OREANDA-NEWS. On 25 April 2008 was announced, that OJSC "Zauralskiy Kreker", an enterprise integrated in PAVA, the biggest Russian flour-producing company, expands the geography of its sales. Specialists of the confectionary enterprise signed a contract for crackers deliveries to Georgia. Partners from Georgia became interested in the variety of crackers "Rybki" ("Fish") and made a decision to take a carload of this confectionary at once.

Crackers by "Zauralskiy Kreker" contain only natural components, and water used in the production goes through several filtering stages. A special quality standard for the company's own flour has been worked out for production of crackers. This is flour of one-grade milling which preserves the natural substances contained in the Altay grain therefore helps natural vitaminization of the product. Crackers under the PAVA brand are characterized by a very light texture achieved by multiple piling of the dough layers and rolling it out in special machines.
