OREANDA-NEWS.  On 05 May 2008 was announced, that the city authorities of Moscow plan to commission 153,400 square metres of housing in the southeastern administrative district of the Russian capital in 2008.

153,400 square metres of housing are to be commissioned in southeast Moscow this year, including 130,600 square metres of social housing set to be built at the expense of the city budget.

5 dwelling houses with the total area of 66,700 square metres are to be erected in Nekrasovka residential community.

Besides, 16 cottages with the total area of 5,000 square metres are to be built in Kapotnya urban district, 2 residential buildings, each with the area of 21,700 square metres, are to be put up in Pechatniki urban district in 2008.

16 kindergartens, 6 sports and fitness centres, 4 schools and a clinic are also to be erected in southeast Moscow in 2008.
