In January-April 328 licences for gambling arrangement were issued in Georgia, and the state budget revenues amounted to 13 million 236 thousand lari (USD 9.2 million), which is a 19.6% increase as compared to the same period of the previous year. It was reported by Georgia`s Ministry of Finance.

252 licenses were issued for opening slot machine parlors, and the budget received 2,016 thousand lari (USD 1.4 million). 48 licences were issued for arranging totes, and the budget received 576 thousand lari (USD 400 thousand).

23 licences were issued for arranging incentive drawings – 138 thousand lari (USD 95 thousand) to the budget. 4 licences were issued for arranging casinos, and it generated 10 million 500 thousand lari (USD 7.3 million) for the budget. 1 licence was issued for arranging lotto games, which brought 6 thousand lari (USD 4 thousand) to the budget.
