OREANDA-NEWS. May 29, 2008. The Government of Russia has appointed Energy Minister of Russia Sergey Shmatko as member of the CIS Electric Energy Council, reports the press service of the Government.

The Foreign Ministry of Russia has been instructed to inform the Executive Committee of the CIS Electric Energy Council of the above decision.
