OREANDA-NEWS. June 25, 2008. Energy Consulting was as a partner of HR forum SAP 2008 "Human capital", which took place at the Renaissance Hotel on 19 June 2008, and presented solutions in the sphere of effective personnel management. More than 200 representatives of major manufacturing holdings, telecommunication, insurance and leasing companies and banks visited this forum.

At HR forum SAP 2008 issues of activity efficiency management were discussed, modern model of personnel management and instruments for it perfecting, new technologies for distance education, for search and selection of personnel were presented, current tendencies in the sphere of human capital management were considered. Participants of the event shared the experiences on different topics about personnel management, examined concrete examples of business processes optimization by means of SAP solutions.

Participants of the forum were greatly interested in the discussion of the investigation on the theme “Competition and talents”, presented by the analytical company Economist Intelligence Unit. Marina Malykhina, General Director of Energy Consulting/Business Service and the First Deputy General Director in Corporate Management of Energy Consulting, took part in the discussion of the investigation’s results. “Fighting for the talents, companies must be exacting in respect to the candidates and correct in respect to the participants of the consulting market. – noted Marina Malykhina.- HR-community of consulting market should seek to work out unified rules and standards as to the selection of the employees and their remuneration. Irina Galitsina, manager of the HR-consulting in Energy Consulting, presented a concept of modern model of personnel management on the basis of the competence centers- General Service Center- in the section "Innovations practicum: Sharing experiences". "Creation of general service centers,- noted Irina Galitsina, - allows personnel management services to aim its efforts at solving of business tasks, to respond properly and promptly to the requirements of the business and to manage changes and costs on realization of HR-function efficiently".
