OREANDA-NEWS. On 03 July 2008 was announced, that the city authorities of Moscow are to build and reconstruct 32 cafes for children and 173 cafes for teens by 2010.

“According to a draft decree aimed at developing a chain of cafes for children and teenagers as well as mixed-use family-oriented leisure centres in the city of Moscow set to be considered at a session of the city government on July 1, a number of seatings will grow by 1.6 times when the new cafes have opened,” a source from Moscow City Hall said.

The source informed that 116 cafes for children and 521 cafes for teens had been operating in Moscow since spring 2008. The visitors can try a special menu and play board games in these cafes.
